Built-to-suit factories and warehouses in ASEAN countries

WHA Group is the Thailand’s Biggest Market Leader in Built-to-Suit factory and warehouse. They have over 500,000 Sq.m. Built-to-Suit factories and warehouses in 16 Locations with the investment cost over 10,000 Million Baht.

WHA Corporation plans to foray into the built-to-suit factory and warehouse markets in Asean, starting with Myanmar, the Philippines or Vietnam.

The investment plan was expected to be finalised next year and revenue would start to be realised in 2015.

Initially, US$ 13 – 16 million is expected to be spent on land purchases overseas. A feasibility study has been completed.

WHA Group, which was established in 2003, provides clients with factory and warehousing solutions so that they can operate at full efficiency.

Demand for warehouse space and distribution centres has continued to be strong, especially from foreign companies that want to raise their investment in Thailand and expect the country to be their centre in Southeast Asia.
